The short version
- Pills (Wegovy and Ozempic): $149 for 1.5 mg, $199 for 4 mg, $299 for 9 mg; Wegovy 25 mg is also $299. One month is one bottle of 30 tablets.13
- Injections: $349 a month for Wegovy 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg and Ozempic 0.25 mg to 1 mg; $399 for Wegovy HD 7.2 mg; $499 for Ozempic 2 mg.24
- New patients: $199 for each of the first two monthly fills of 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg, for fills between November 17, 2025 and December 31, 2026.24
- You need a valid prescription.7
- With commercial insurance, the savings offer can bring the cost to as little as $25, with at most $100 off per month, listed as "for up to 3 months".56
- The Wegovy savings offer is for people using commercial insurance, or paying for themselves (not through insurance), with a valid prescription.8

The money spent and discounts on your prescription will not count toward your deductible or out-of-pocket requirements and cannot be submitted for reimbursement to your insurer.”
